Once a property location is identified, our team of professionals will prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP), evaluate and respond to offers made by the tenant, and prepare the Lease for review and acceptance by your business. We will prepare an analysis report for comparison shopping if more than one location is of interest.  Once a lease has been accepted, we can assist you in finding professional contractors for Tenant Fit-up and space planning needs, if applicable.
